Americans who refuse to get mandated Covid-19 vaccinations may lose benefits such as food stamps (WIC) and rent assistance, according to a document from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Center for Health Security.
According to the document, one of the top members of the "Working Group of Readying Populations for COVID-19 Vaccines" is Luciana Borio, MD, a prominent member of Joe Biden's Covid-19 taskforce.
Borio recommends recruiting celebrities and social media influencers to speak to "specific audiences" about the urgency of taking the vaccine.
The document says "bundling" vaccines with food stamps would be, "a way to build trust" among low-income people such as "Blacks and minority communities."
The taskforce will target grocery stores, community centers, schools, nursing homes, and elderly daycare centers to reach populations that may not have access to the vaccines.
"In some cases, it also may be acceptable and feasible to deliver vaccinations via home visits by community health nurses" who go door-to-door to vaccinate people.
The paper acknowledges Blacks and minorities have been lied to and abused by the U.S. government in the past.
Celebrities and influencers will be recruited to deliver "a salient and specific message repeatedly" to "reinforce a unified message about COVID-19 vaccination."

Sandrarose was incorrect about Australia scrapping the Pfizer mRNA because recipients test positive for HIV.
For a start it was not a Pfizer vaccine. We don’t have them in Australia yet.
It was a home-grown vaccine by the University of Queensland. It was called the UQ-CSL v451.
Unfortunately, in phase 1 of the human trial, some volunteers returned a false-positive HIV test. So, they didn’t get HIV from the vaccine. But the false positive came about because fragments of a protein derived from HIV was in the vaccine to produce antibodies to fight off COVID.
It’s a shame that happened because it showed a robust response to the virus.
But they had to scrap it because it would have scared people off the vaccine because of the false positive HIV tests.
All vaccines must go through 3 trials before they are accepted. 90 per cent of vaccines don’t make it through because of that. That’s why I trust the COVID vaccines as they would have gone through these rigorous trials.

Hossein Sadrzadeh told CNN that after he was vaccinated at Boston Medical Center on Thursday, he felt his heart rate spike to 150 beats per minute.

Mackey's ordeal unfolded on Dec. 19 as he, Covil, and their 13-year-old son and baby were seated at a table in the Lynnhaven Mall food court eating lunch and "trying to enjoy the holidays."

In the video taken by Covil, a white Virginia Beach police sergeant is seen handcuffing Mackey as he sat at the table, saying, "I want to talk to you, OK?" and mentioning something about a suspect in a black truck.
"Y'all got the wrong person. We don't even have a black truck," Covil is heard in the video telling the sergeant, who was not wearing a protective mask.
The sergeant, according to the video, then told the visibly angry Mackey to stand up.
"You're going to do this in public, make me walk outside in front of my family?" Mackey told the sergeant, who proceeded to grab onto Mackey's arm and lead him through the crowded food court and out the front door, where they were met by other police officers, who were also not wearing masks.
Once outside, Mackey and Covil appealed to another white officer, telling him repeatedly that they have the wrong person. "Maybe you are the wrong person," the officer responded, telling Mackey to "calm down" and "relax."
After getting on his radio, the sergeant told Mackey that he was indeed the wrong man but briefly kept Mackey in handcuffs while saying "give me one minute" to explain.
Mackey demanded the handcuffs be removed immediately and the sergeant complied, telling Mackey that he matched the description of a credit card fraud suspect with dreadlocks and dressed all in black.
"I sincerely apologize. It was a complete misunderstanding," the sergeant told Mackey, according to the video.
Covil, who filmed the video, told WAVY that Mackey took a COVID-19 test as a health precaution on Dec. 22. On Christmas Eve, the test came back positive she said, and that Mackey is currently quarantining at his home, with mild symptoms including a "low grade fever, a cough, and a sore throat."
Covil also said that she and the two children she shares with Mackey were also tested. As of Tuesday evening, they had not received their results.
VBPD Chief Paul Neudigate apologized for the Mackey's detainment at a press conference on Dec. 21. When asked about the maskless officer, Neudigate said that VBPD officers are required to wear face coverings.
