You need to:
1. see a chiropractor (and Mr Cayce would second that haha)
2. take a day off from readings and posting on your blog once a week.

Water, bowl movement, no light, no sound, & much rest will help.

If you can take aspirin Excedrin for migraines is good.

Is the weather changing where you live? I can always tell when rain or snow is coming.

Please take a few days off.

Chiropractic does help my migranes. They say botox treatment does too, have not tried it though. I am careful with injections. An injection almost killed me once and I am cautious of them, once injected you cabt take them back. My Neurologist is a migrane specialist Dr. Baruha, Mayfair Rd, Milwaukee. Has an independent practice...I love him. He gives me Topiramate too. Telehealth anyone can now can see him from anywhere. Feel better....so much better CD.....at the end of my teaching career I lived with headaches daily stress and brain injury combined.
