HOUSING
Without a bill.
To stop evictions.
MILLIONS of people on the street.
Remember the French.
Let them eat cake?
Parking structures/lots.
Will become homeless encampments.
The like of never seen before.
Unless great help is delivered.

Seriously if people can only afford to live in tents why cant we take all these abandoned shopping malls and set then up as homeless tent cities? They have air conditioning, plumbing, heat, and there is places for security and community services already built in them. People would not be subjected to the outside elements, schools could be established. Places for veterans and their pets. People can have they dignity and safety. Why cant we take what we already have and use it to help those in need? How hard is that?

TW I had many homeless families. I traveled many places as a child, I was not homeless but I lived in a car a lot especially when Dad had drived too far and was too tired to put up the tent. It is not so bad to live in a car, though people who know nothing will tell ypu how horrible it is. Its better than a tent, on the street or a cardboard box. One of my classroom mother's whose family was homeless, said to me once, the kids were so happy when they got cold milk. "just cold milk" because they were used to the free powdered milk and temperate or warm water it was mixed with. "That sometimes when you have NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...the smallest spot of normalcy is worth a million dollars" I never forget that. That phrase works in many places for many circumstances.
