While I think rasPutin is not a great person, God is allowing him to do certain things. Perhaps the bioweapon, uh, I meant the biological research labs needed to be destroyed so this war is helping with that.
As for the planned war, I know of 2 psychics who have repeatedly warned the public via their blogs that the allegedly planned Global Famine is scheduled for the year 2036. These psychics have been saying this for over 5 years.
