I hope it’s not true but I believe the nephew for these reasons:
1. Ricky’s attorney is calling the victim mentally ill. Let’s say for argument sake he is unwell. First, that is protected health information. Second, a person can be both mentally unwell and an abuse victim. The abuse happened when the nephew was an adult. The relationship was allegedly consensual but Ricky allegedly became upset when the nephew broke off the alleged relationship.
2. People have seen Ricky hanging around outside the victim’s home at the time the victim claims the alleged relationship ended.
3. As you know, Ricky’s claim to fame is the boy band Menudo. Menudo had a rotating roster because the boys aged out. Former members have now confirmed the rumors that they were sexually abused by people in the recording industry & other men. The boys have kept the secret until now, yet Ricky Martin is the only one to become famous as an adult?
4. Was Ricky “allowed” to become a successful entertainer as an adult because he, a former victim, is now one of the abusers? Wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened.
5. TW likes connecting the dots. Lucky for the rest of humanity…

I think Ivana had fillers in her face. The rest of her body was not bloated, so I doubt she was on corticosteroids.
Another possibility is she was suffering from angioedema, a type of allergic reaction that sneaks up on you. If she had this, that could explain the heart attack.
I’ve suffered from both angioedema & anaphylactic shock. An ER physician told me doctors are afraid when patients with angioedema come in because there is very little that can be done.
TW has been experiencing bad luck, but the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob is my God too. He is the reason I am still alive and kicking.
