A quick Google search on the image debunks immediately that the traffic light melted due to extreme weather. It is just like the images the press used from a gas explosion in India to scare the living daylights out of people that people in India were dying on the streets from covid.
The image used was a traffic light that melted from a scooter fire in Italy in July of 2022. An Italian fact-checking organization confirmed the story with the Milan fire brigade and local police.
