I can't watch Cooking Shows either, because they make me instantly hungry.
I literally get in the car and go buy something as close to similar to what they cooking. If the shops are still open.
I'm the same if I read a book. And in the story they describe something tasty they are eating.
No. Cooking shows are off my radar.
It was the same when I lived in a flat behind a McDonald's.
As soon as they started up the fryers. And I smelled food. My mind was instantly on eating.
Cooking shows need to be banned.
They are sabotaging dieters efforts.
God knows, we sabotage ourselves enough.
Chips, the drive through, chocolate bars on sale, people offering you tasty food Everywhere.
