I’ve seen what can happen when someone is falsely accused of a heinous crime. Even if the person is vindicated in a court of law they never wash the stink off.
I’ve heard some celebrity men have their dates/hookers/friend with benefits/whatever sign consent agreements so the men can have documentation the activities were agreed upon in advance, they have a safe word/action in case someone changes their mind, etc.
This world is upside down.

My concern lately is how many young men are being accused of rape at university. I'm talking about the younger undergrads. But they are ALL vulnerable.
University can get pretty crazy as we know. With drinking.
And sleeping over at someone else's dorm room just for convenience.
And the public who come to see their friends at uni, other students or live music.
I know, I went to uni young and dropped out near the end of 1st year.
So many situations at uni or anywhere could be construed as. Or faked as sexual assault.
And there's plenty of evidence today, that alot of young male students are currently very vulnerable to that.
You get alot of drunk crazy people at university events.
Alot of drunk girls...alot of people jacked up on drugs. It's a recipe for disaster.
Moderation isn't an approach at university events. No. Everyone wants to cut loose. To cope with the stress of day to day intense study.
Personally though, if I had a young son today. I would warn him. To not go anywhere near other females or female students, unless the female was stone cold sober. And you were cold stone sober too. And... if he did. In every event, ensure she texts and clearly consents in writing to sex.
Cause here's an example of what is happening alot....everywhere.
Rape charges were never laid on a male U.S student in Kansas last year.
Although they almost were...
It was only after the accuser, a female student, went to hospital. The Kansas cops soon found out the truth about her. And her lying accusations.
They found from her, to him, clear text messages, proving the sex between them was consensual.
What really annoys me is, the Times Up Legal Defense Team coverered even part of this lying girl's legal fees. When she was taken to court later, for falsely claiming rape, sexual assault.
Hollywood celebrities set up the Times Up Legal Defense Team. In the wake of the #metoo movement. But as far as I know, they didn't set it up to defend female liars.
Another example of what is regularly going on...is a UK case.
A few years back, a male Oxford university student spent a nightmare period of 2 years on bail. Falsely accused of rape at university.
Police claim they didn't investigate properly initially, because they were too busy investigating the Jimmy Saville Sex Scandal case at the time.
This young innocent student was finally found innocent.
A UK University of Greenwich student called Liam Allen also spent 2 years on bail before his rape trial, a couple of years ago.
And...Only survived not being jailed because his lawyers requested on the day of the trial ....for full disclosure of text messages between him and the accuser.
This immediately proved they were in a long term relationship.
And the sex that day was consensual.
And so were all the others.
No, while women are getting a bit safer, men are getting very vulnerable. Legally.
It's time they had their own #metoo movement.
It needs to happen.

Violence used to be a 'man's' thing.

Because in the past, when they turned up to a domestic dispute with a couple. There wasn't incidences of women being violent in the dispute too.
And men were always the culprit. For the violence part.

The Police arrive on the scene and it's clear now, women have responded with violence.
Lots of it.
And the Police see that men have injuries because of it.
In Australia, the Police don't have much tolerance of women doing that. Using violence.
On meds or not.
If women don't appear as perfect victims to Australian Police. You know passive, crying, needy etc. When the cops turn up.
And she's instead, aggressive, mouthy and clearly violent. They arrest her too.
They have no patience with that.
I've seen it first hand.
As we know...In these cases, it could well have started as a case of him beating her. And she's fought back.
But that's the issue here, women won't stand back and take that these days. The courageous ones will fight back.
I'm not arguing a moral standpoint here. Just stating fact.
But this fighting back is getting so many domestic violence victims into trouble here in Australia.
And as soon as there's family violence.
Child protective services get involved.
And there's a possibility you can lose your kids too.
So is fighting back and being violent as a woman going go help you in a domestic violence situation?
Well not in Australia it's not. With the current Police's approach to it.
Australian Police in my experience have very traditional misogynistic views about how women should. And should not behave in that situation.
Violent, swearing, aggressive and angry is not a victim in their eyes.
Despite the fact that being angry and agressive is a normal response to being attacked and assaulted by a man. Or anyone.
The sad thing is....Australian male Police have a long way to go.
To learn about modern women.
And how differently they are responding to violent assault by men.
Most women are too scared to fight back. Cause doing so risks a far worse hiding. And assault by male partners.
But plenty of Australian girls resort to their own violence immediately.
Regardless of the consequences.
And Australia has a huge domestic violence problem right now.
In Australia in 2019, 44 women died because of Domestic violence.
Interestingly, New Zealand has the highest rate of partner violence in the developed world.
New Zealander women are well known here. For being quite violent. You don't f..ck with them. That's generally known. Especially Maori girls and women.
I wonder if that's why Partner violence is so prevalent in New Zealand?

In 2016, Amber and Johnny got into trouble in Australia when they illegally smuggled her dogs, Pistol and Boo, into the country without going through doggy quarantine. They put out a super-dramatic apology video over it. Well, Page Six says that Johnny’s estate manager, Kevin Murphy, told the court he was intimidated by Amber to lie to Australian authorities about smuggling in Pistol and Boo and Amber blamed it on her assistant.
[Kevin Murphy] signed official documents claiming Heard’s recently fired assistant, Kate James, had been responsible for filing the missing paperwork that Heard thought was all set when she flew to Australia.
Murphy said Heard also pressured him to go to James directly and ask her to “lie under oath” and take the blame and pretend Heard did not know she was breaking the law by traveling with her pet pooches.
However, he insisted in court, “Ms. Heard was aware that this was illegal, because I had informed her repeatedly by email, telephone and in person.”
Kevin also testified that Amber faked a picture of her with bruises on her face which she says was taken after Johnny attacked her.
Ben King, a former estate manager, worked with Johnny between 2014 and 2016, and said he “frequently witnessed” Amber “goading and attempting to provoke” Johnny into fights. And apparently she would get pissed about the littlest things (via BBC):
“Of what I heard of their arguments, they could start from very banal beginnings… I recall Ms Heard complained that Mr Depp had removed his hand from hers, and she complained along the lines of “maybe you don’t love me.”
Ben said they were like “schoolchildren,” and Amber was the “antagonizer” while he never saw Johnny get violent and usually “seemed keen to walk out of, or away from, arguments.” Ben also testified to finding notes from Johnny to Amber that read: “Let’s not do this again” and “I love you.”
Ben was in Australia during that huge fight where Johnny lost part of his finger. Amber alleged that Johnny hurt himself by slamming a phone through a wall but Johnny said Amber threw a vodka bottle at him. Ben testified to not seeing any broken phones, but he did find the severed fingertip following a trail of blood. Deadline says he also noticed visible cuts on Amber’s arms when they returned to L.A. from Australia and that she asked him on the plane, “Have you ever been so angry with someone that you just lost it?”

Johnny already testified that after he found a shit in his marital bed, he decided his marriage to Amber was over. Johnny’s housekeeper of 30 years, Hilda Vargas, gave a written statement detailing TurdGate:

Ms Heard said: 'I did tell her I felt like vomiting and I wasn't high for 24 hours, I was in bed for 24 hours feeling the effects of the horrible decision to take both of those while also going through a break-up.'
Ms Laws said: 'You are just lying as you go along, aren't you?' Ms Heard replied: 'No.'
The barrister suggested to Ms Heard that Ms Boerum was her friend and would have no reason to lie, to which the actress said she didn't know what anyone's reason would be to lie.
Ms Laws then asked if Ms Boerum was mistaken, to which Ms Heard said there were 'tonnes of mistakes', because for example it said Johnny Depp was clean for a period following the detox trip, which Ms Heard said was not true.
The barrister then asked Ms Heard to 'just answer the questions' and said the actress was instead saying something negative about Mr Depp every time she was asked a question about herself.
Ms Heard then said Ms Boerum's note was missing two words - 'felt like'.
