Some of the media and public can be manipulated into having empathy for this situation I think.
But people who know the facts of tryin to get pregnant later in life.

Why didn't she just go on IVF Treatment for a period of time? Like everyone else.
I believe she didn't want to take the slow path to pregnancy. Because she knew she wanted/needed a baby as leverage in a Royal marriage as soon as possible.
Cause she didn't intend to stay in the marriage very long.
Mmmmmm all these agendas.
Not good. If this is true.
Not a good attitude to go into a marriage.
Wrong intention.
