Never quite sure how much of this is her real chaotic life (which appears to be worsening) and how much is PR/attention-seeking as she's not immune to a bit of the latter. Goodness knows what will happen when her Mum eventually passes. Rocky road ahead

I always confuse her with Phoebe Price.

Katie’s real face was beautiful! She must have suffered a lot of trauma to willingly butcher it.
